Hood, Texas - Our famly is in need of assistance. we are having trouble paying our electricty bill this month due to recent deployment, we are on our third deployment in 5 years . we have fell on financal problems duue to another move . we have two small chilren ages 2years old and 6 months . we are currently stationed out of fort hood texas but have relocated to Louisisana due to deployment. our current bill is 225.00
